Bandana Skirt

Hi I was wondering if someone could either give me a link or instructions on how to make a skirt bandana. I want to have bandanas around downward rather than straight (I'll be wearing shorts under so it's okay if it is not fully hedged). I also want the most basic possible directions that do not involve sewing very clever. Basic sewing would be nice. Assistance thank you:)

Buy two or three bandannas and sew. You can put a button on the belt for a snug
