Chenille Scarf

The cotton fabric is in layers 3 or 4 layers thick, and straight stitch is made every half inch or two on the bias. Once all the stitching is, but all the lower layers are cut between the stitching lines. When the fabric is washed, cut the layers rounded edges.

Umm ... obtain false track and knitting needles? :)
