Chullo Hat

They are also called bomber hats or hats from Peru.

There are several models in the archives for Knitty.com chullos, which could be adapted to the Knifty knitter. In one of these hats are knit the ear flaps front and rear first, then stitches are cast on the bonnet and worked through the cracks of the shutters.

I love my Knifty Knitters! Some of my hats were introduced in September or October issue of the magazine piece (LOVE this magazine!) I can only make straight pieces, but I have fun with it!
