If disposable gloves are not available what would you use? It is best to use disposable gloves as a barrier between the substance and body of a victim yourself. However, if it was not available, what could you use?
All Everything that would not absorb the bags of anything eg ziplock plastic bag (like the grocery store), etc. to put a barrier between you and the victim will not absorb any liquid will work.
own garbage bags could be an option! or something impenetrable.
Depends on the circumstances. You use the word "victim" ... in what sense is the other person a victim? If your skin is intact, you should have no trouble handling of another person, be sure to wash thoroughly after handling. If you have scratches, rashes, cuts, or non-intact skin, I would not touch, except in an emergency life or death. Even regular gloves will give you some protection.
