Any ideas for an Easter hat parade? My two year old his first Easter parade hats. Can not think of something to make him a funny or cute looking hat.

Another idea is to take a hat and cover with plastic wrap, then build a papier mache hat, then use pieces of colorful tissue paper for paper mache, nothing heavier.
