Any ideas for an Easter hat parade? My two year old his first Easter parade hats. Can not think of something to make him a funny or cute looking hat.

As it is 2, it must be a hat she will not see once it goes on. You can start with a hat bought the flowers and add tissue paper or other light objects such as bunnies and chickies cuts. How about a parade of animals cut skirting board?
Another idea is to take a hat and cover with plastic wrap, then build a papier mache hat, then use pieces of colorful tissue paper for paper mache, nothing heavier. Let dry and remove as much plastic wrap as you can - some will be blocked, but that's OK - and now - baby's first steps Easter Parade hats!
