Luxury Neckties

my eighth grade is coming! :) My dress is lilac dress shirt tie bubble Mendocino, but I would like some advice.

because of the neckline of the dress (like a rope, but starts in the middle), my sister advised me to keep my hair so I can show my shoulders. Honestly, I did not really like the way my hair looks so I was wondering if there are specific styles that might work .. my hair is dark brown and a little past my shoulders. buttttttttt, I wondered if my hair is down, is there a way to believe in Nice without removing all the attention of the dress?

Finally, I was wondering what color accessories should I get. money, I heard very nice with a lilac dress, but im not sure. I need to buy a pair of shoes and maybe a clutch. Store suggestions would be great! I live in Canada, so I do not have the "luxury" of a Nordstrom or Dillards: P
