Mohair Scarf

I have really nice shiny mohair son I want to do something great with. I want to do something unique. NOT a scarf! I do not know how to use DPNS. I can knit and sew straight well and I have a pair of size I think 8 or 9 round I'm really new. Ideas? I love finding unique things in knitting, but mostly they are too complicated. I just want to do something special with this thread. Ideas?

Maybe you should try a shirt or a skirt if you have enough basis to son. What is a book cover or a pillow decorating your bed. You can also try a headband.

I just finished a beautiful shawl made from a mohair type yarn. The shawl is very large (about 6 'from end to end), but weighs only 20 ounces. It is knitted in squares, but you look stitches after the first so there is no seam to the end and everything is done in garter.

Because son mohair type are unclear and may be a little irritated, I would not use them for anything like a pillow.

try a rectangular shawl, wrap or stole. There are wireless models lion brand for their son mohair moonlight. you can at least get ideas there. use the circular knitting short side from front to back. you do as an extra-wide scarf.
