Neckwear

I saw several MLB baseball pitchers (and a few other players) on a type of fabric, tie colorful piece that looks about the thickness of the rope light. One or two pitchers (Japanese) Red Sox wear them and they look. They have no pending "bling" on them and some look like two-tone color.
Someone knows what I am referring to? Any ideas of where to find something like that??
