the problem is that there is no available in my hat size (7 5 / 8). So I was wondering do they get new hats in the sizes sold forward?

Or if anyone knows where I can get this hat and particularly the size
on another site (the lids have not) I would appreciate

Most New Era caps are only available for a limited time. It seems that the hat in question was already in liquidation on lids and are now sold out.
