Ninja Headband

As a simple black is it around your head, not like Naruto but as outside of Afro Samurai, you know the bands with danglyness, but does not like the kind that touches the ground, any so, I want to make one myself, but I just need the type of tissue that will not tender and tear, but the enduring nature. Help please!
