I know I can buy another, but when I find a style that I like I want to wear it for a while and when I go to the gym with them, they are matted and frizzy. Yes I keep it in the gym, I started wearing them to go to the gym and work "corporate" easier.

When you remove a set Manakin head to keep their shape. And wash them once a month. Fill your sink with water, add a drop of shampoo and a drop of Murphy's oil soap (the kind you use on floors). Shake the hair around it. Do not stir too much or you mess. Then swirl around the water. Allow to air dry. And it will keep the frizz down too!
