I bought a pair of sunglasses from eBay, and eBay sent me this e-mail. Please explain? We would like you to know that eBay has ended an item you are bidding on for violation of one or more of our policies. As important as privacy eBay maintains member, we can not tell you exactly why the listing was removed.
Any offers or bids placed on this listing are now null and void. If you are the winning bidder, you no longer have to pay for the item:

Here's what you can do if you've already paid for the item:
If you won the item and you've already paid for it, you can choose to return the payment or ask the seller a refund. If you have already received the item you have the opportunity to accept or return it to the seller for a refund.

At this stage, we recommend you contact the vendor and discuss the situation. These situations can often be resolved with a friendly conversation.
Check your email account for the previous emails that you received from the seller - they may contain their contact information. Unfortunately, we can not give you contact the seller.
- Contact your payment provider
If you can not reach the seller, contact the service you used to send the payment. They can be able to reverse the payment.

If you paid by another method, such as bank transfer or credit card, contact your bank or credit card.

We assure you that your eBay record will not be affected by this issue. We told the seller that the listing was removed and you no longer have to make the purchase.
Finally, as the ad was removed, no assessment can be left to purchase.

I paid for the item and it was shipped - are the sunglasses that I just bought to be false?
If they are false and I want my money, what should I do?

Next time, buy your sunglasses from an authorized retailer or any discount store using a credit card to get you a refund for defective merchandise. You get no guarantees with eBay. Sorry.
