White Scarves

So, lately I've been noticed these guys everywhere ... SoHo, Brooklyn and even the Bronx. They wear long white robes and red scarves and those preaching (?) Through a microphone. They are usually really strong and seem a little angry against the world. They say things really insulting about different ethnic groups and all they say is negative. Who are these guys? Are Cult?

All this nonsense is located right on the edge of the first amendment - freedom of expression ...
This should be reviewed .... It was beautiful, when people knew how to behave and respect not only the country's laws, but others ...
Too many concessions had been made to individuals, and in the years ahead, these same people will try to reverse and get rid of governments ..
